So Marvellous: China Glaze I Sea The Point

Когда я увидела первые свотчи на I Sea The Point*, я решила, что это очередной брат-близнец в семье Kiko 336, YSL Bleu Majorelle и иже с ними. Но оказалось, что это совсем не так! Если уж и сравнивать I Sea The Point с другим лаком, то он скорее похож на RBL IKB:2012, мой идеальный кобальт. Оба лака отличает присутствие легкого фиолетового подтона, они не чисто синие, хотя, конечно, принадлежат все же к этой гамме. Но, в отличие от IKB:2012, I Sea The Point еще и слегка разбеленный. И это делает его совершенно уникальным)
И цвет этот безумно красивый.
Но этого мне было мало, и я добавила stamping decal, сделанный с помощью плитки MoYou London Sailor 5 и лака для стемпинга Essence и раскрашенный разными лаками помимо I Sea The Point. Я уже забыла какими, точно помню только, что там был Dance Legend Beautiful Lie.
Стемпинг, естественно, соответствует названию лака – я не могла пройти мимо такого названия))
И немного о текстуре лака: наносится легко, и для плотности нужно два слоя, но финиш полуматовый, так что лучше использовать топ.

When I first saw swatches of I Sea The Point* I thought it was yet another dupe in the family of Kiko 336 and YSL Bleu Majorelle. Turned out it isn't! To me, it looks more like RBL IKB:2012, my favourite cobalt blue. Both polishes have this amazing purple undertone. However, I Sea The Point is lighter, it has a bit of white pigment in it, which makes it totally unique)
And it is really beautiful.
As if this wasn't enough, I decided to make a stamping decal for the accent nail. I used MoYou London Sailor 5 plate, Essence white stampy polish and a number of polishes for filling in the decal. I don't remember them all, but there was Dance Legend Beautiful Lie in there for sure.
Of course, this stamping matches the name of the polish – I couldn't miss such a pun))
A bit about the formula: I had no issues with application and needed two coats for opacity. But the finish is semi-matte, so I recommend using a top coat.
